Known as "Highlands", Chatsworth's skilled nursing unit has private and semi-private rooms with an emphasis
on interdisciplinary care for residents. Each resident's plan of care is carefully monitored from
various staff perspectives such as nutrition, post-op care, pain management, physical, occupational
and speech therapy, intravenous care, skilled nursing service and the like, with each discipline exchanging
information with one another for the most thorough treatment and continuity. And, it's all done with
a friendly smile at Chatsworth.
A high staff-to-resident ratio is paramount to our commitment to excellence. Our excellent nursing staff is complemented by family support programs and an Activities
Staff who makes sure there are always activities to enjoy.
And, when you're ready to take the next steps toward recovery, we'll be there with a restorative program
for the transition. As you stride toward greater independence, our specially trained certified nurse assistant
will help you plan for everything from maximum range of motion and ambulatory needs to adequate dining
and a restorative personal hygiene plan.
